I'm a highly sensitive person (HSP, according to Google); I get this from my mom. She used to describe herself as "Exquisitely Sensitive" and I'd poke fun at her - joke's on me because we're two of a kind. Do not mistake this self-diagnosis as weakness because it's our superpower. Here's a good (maybe bad?) example of how:
Nearly THIRTY years ago, my family and I were traveling somewhere by ferry. When we disembarked, I said to my mom, "That guy scared me." "The one with the leather jacket, jeans, and sunglasses, who had a toothpick in his mouth?" asked my mom.
BINGO!
She was studying him, too. I swear you could put my mom and I in separate rooms to this very day and sketch artists would render the exact same drawing of The Infamous Ferry Man.
How does this relate to real estate? Well, I've got to say it's present for me during the various phases of a new construction and I was reminded of this during a quick tour of 114 SE 61st Street, Oak Island, NC https://www.flexmls.com/share/5a4ZR/114-SE-61st-Street-Oak-Island-NC-28465
The location was what first grabbed my attention...
Do you feel me, now? Then it was the bones of the house and all the little pieces that go into making a grand home.
The skeleton staircase:
I love it all and watching it take shape is miraculous.
