Transaction after transaction I’m equal parts flattered and frightened that someone, stranger or not, has chosen ME to represent them on the purchase or sale of a home.

This is why I check my messages and emails before I’ve had my first sip of much-needed coffee and why it’s the last thing I do before I hit the hay.
